We do have a minimal $50-$100 security deposit depending on the platform you book on. Airbnb guests will not have a security deposit. We allow pets but you must disclose your pet and pay a pet fee.

Once you book on our site, look for an email from Metro Hospitality with a check in link. There you will upload your drivers license and register. Once completed, you will receive another email with your code and you are ready for check in. Our check in time is 4PM and check out is 10AM. We offer early check in or out for a $50 fee at the front desk or call to one of our agents.
